Lynne's Easy Camembert Puff Pastry Parcel Recipe

Ingredients


1 Sheet Puff Pastry
1 Beaten Egg

Method

Pre-heat oven at 180C.

Cut a 15cm and 10cm round out of the pastry.

Place the whole Camembert in the center of the large pastry round.

Place the small pastry round on top and press edges together to create a tight seal.

Brush with egg and bake for about 20min until golden and crispy.

Serve with sweet chilly sauce.
