Homemade Hamburger Buns in bread maker machine
This will make a approximate 900g recipe, enough for about 8 buns.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 T olive oil
1 1/2 T sugar
1 t Salt
3 3/4 cup bread flour
1 1/2 t active dry yeast
Method
Pour all ingredients into your bread maker. Process on basic white dough setting.
Remove dough.
Punch down to remove large bubbles.
Divide into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a round ball, flatten to about 8cm rounds.
Place each round in a mini pan or on sheet pan (greased) and let rise for about 30-45 minutes.
I brush top with egg wash.
Bake at 200 Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool on rack prior to slicing.
