Creamed spinach
Sauté 1 onion, 5 cloves of garlic and a bunch of finely chopped swiss chard with salt and pepper, you can add mushroom. Make a basic roux with 2tbs butter add 2tbs flour and cook until it forms a ball, slowly add fresh cream or milk (until you've reached the desired consistency) add salt, pepper and the sauted Spinach *optional add crumbed feta cheese)
