150gr Margarine or Butter
250ml Fresh cream
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp Aromat
1/4 Tsp Parsley
1 tsp Portuguese spice

Method
Melt margarine
Add fresh cream
Add lemon juice and other spices
Cook until it thickens
