Lemon posset

Ingredients
1 cup cream
75ml castor sugar
Lemon zest
Vanilla pod

Method
Warm up. Don't cook
Dissolve sugar
Then add half cup lemon juice when remove from heat
Stir a while
Pour in glasses
Set in fridge
You may too with meringue as in picture.
