Easiest bechamel or white sauce you will ever make!

Once you make it this way, you will never go back to the old method.

Ingredients

2T butter
2T plain flour
1 cup full cream milk
a pinch of salt

Method

Place all ingredients into a saucepan at once, over medium heat and whisk until thick.

Once thick and simmering, cook for 2 minutes to cook the flour out.
