Potato spirals

Potato Spirals

Ingredients 

About 409g peeled medium/large potatoes 
1 beaten egg
15g cornflour 
salt & pepper
25g parmesan cheese
50ml milk

Method

Cook potatoes until soft and turn into mash. 

Mix in egg, milk, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. 
Fill a piping back with your mixture. 

Heat oil to 180C. 
Squeeze potato  mixture into the hot oil in spiral pattern.
Cook until golden brown. 

Serve with a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning and dipping sauce.
