Tempura batter


Tempura for veggies, chicken or seafood

Method & Ingredients


1 cup corn flour or Maizina
1 cup self-raising flour
80ml vegetable oil
salt pepper to taste
Optional chili or curry powder

Add soda water and whisk until it has the desired liquidity.

Dip padded dry veggies or meat in batter and place into hot oil.
